Property Net Singapore, is one of
several web portals that has been developed by PortalPeople.Net and
currently maintained by the company. PortalPeople.Net itself, has a
corporate objective of developing and providing useful information technology
applications that will make work and life easier for people and enhance
companies' competitive edge.

Property Net Singapore, in a nutshell,
is a Singapore-based property centric web portal that was conceptualised during
the late 1999 when there was limited property-related resources available over
the Internet for Singapore based browsers. What PortalPeople.Net foresee
was the possibility of developing a property-related portal with substantial
content and resources, catering to browsers, property agents, property agencies
and property-related service providers. After initial discussions with property
agencies and consultants, the company was eventually able to enlist the
assistance of EastWest Properties to provide the domain knowledge for PortalPeople.Net
to commence on the project.

After months of development work and user
testing, we were finally able to roll out the first version of Property Net
Singapore in May 2000. With the first version, we have received
numerous constructive feedback from our users, who have suggested ways and
methods for us to improve on the site. We have adopted some suggestions and
implemented newer features and added more content, based on our user feedback.
As of now, Property Net Singapore stands in its third major version.
Another milestone was achieved for Property Net Singapore when we
launched our WAP-enabled site on http://wap.propertynet.com.sg on
November 2000 for mobile phone users who have subscribed to WAP services.

|
All in all, our team hopes that Property Net
Singapore will grow steadfeastly in its subscribers base and the number
of repeated visitors, and also become a leading web portal for Singapore
property-related content. In the meantime, Property Net Singapore will
strive earnestly to achieve our goal.
